Our condo was well stocked with all the things we needed. Staff was very responsive to all our requests. Buildings, condos and amenities clean and well maintained. Love the free laundry room. Also plenty of pool and beach toys available so you don’t have to buy your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas also available. This is a lovely family oriented resort. So close to the beach plus local parks and restaurants.

Highly delighted by the beautiful view and hospitality of the staff and loved the 318 unit. all tops!!!!

fantastic, but mattresses need to be replaced as they dip horribly and you will wake with a sore back.

We stayed at Sand Cay for one week. While the condo was older, it has been updated and was very comfortable. The staff were so nice and very helpful. The beach was beautiful and it was a plus to have lounges and u,brellas available every day! I would have appreciated a washer/ dryer in the condo. They are available for free near the pool. There were a few things in the condo that needed to be addressed and I notified the front desk to take care of them. All in all, it was a magical family vacay for us!

We loved our condo and the beautiful view of the water. The property was clean and very well maintained.

We LOVE this unit - the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely views!The furniture in the livingroom was great.The ONLY issue we had was with the beds. All of the beds require replacing. They are extremely lumpy and soft. The most comfortable bed was the pullout couch in the living room (which was really quite comfortable!).Other than that - we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location. Unit decor was pretty. Unit could use a better cleaning. The shower was dirty and had hair all over the floor when I went to use it. The extra linens in the closet were questionable, the linen bag was open and the blanket was In a different closet. Basic supplies such as paper towels could be stocked better. Overall the location was wonderful.

Great location, wonderful walking beach, nice unit

We have been renting this unit for approx 10 years. Love the convenience to the beach and views. We hope to continue staying here for many years to come.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Our suite location, all the amenities in the apartment, the beds were so comfortable, the beach was beautiful! We used the grills, and everyone we met was so friendly.

This place is unbelievable. The pictures of the beach do not do it justice. It may be the cleanest and most well kept place we've ever stayed. The room was as described in the description. It was clean, comfortable and updated. They had plenty of umbrellas and beach toys to use. Only negative was the room Wifi was not good at all. However, the beach Wifi worked great. The view was is incredible.

The accommodations were excellent. There extra amenities provided (beach chairs, toys to name a few) well exceeded my expectations or what I have experienced from other resorts. The staff was courteous and attentive. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches around. There were a few minor flaws. The mattress in the master suite is “broke down”. The unit we were in shared a balcony with another unit. The canvas ‘wall’ separating the two units is not adequate. It was very awkward when both families are out on the balcony. I realize this is an architect issue. The pool area has some strict rules listed(no pool toys or rafts) but the website states differently - this causes some confusion as to what is allowed. We would definitely stay here again but not in a unit that shares a balcony.

The beach was wonderful, the water was warm... it was a perfect escape from reality. The unit was nice and clean and The king mattress was great!!

I was in the area for work and brought my 2 teenage daughters and one of their boyfriends. The property was wonderful. The staff super friendly. The condo very clean. The grounds were immaculate and the beaches were great! We saw dolphins, someone catch a swordfish. The beaches were very clean and not crowded at all. Nice that there were laundry facilities on site.

Great place to see and sit by and get in the water and live on a relatively "quiet street" for weeks or longer! And close enough to the busy parts of the key to the north and the south.

A wonderful location with all the amenities. On the beach, great views, close to golf, groceries, restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, quiet property and we had no issues!! Terrific vacation. We will certainly return!
