The place was exactly as described and everything is close by and easy to get to. The office ladies were so kind and very helpful! Beautiful, quiet and relaxing stay! Will be back!

Unit 315 was absolutely gorgeous. The high ceilings that you only get from a third floor unit really made the room feel spacious. Great view from our balcony and the kitchen had all the items needed to be comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo no complaints. We’ve been coming to Sarasota area for 30 years. Lots to do for whole family beaches are beautiful great restaurants. Very nice property.

We loved our stay. Clean room, nice room, no issues other than the toilet handles stuck a bit and the master bed made too much noise while sleeping. We love this place and will stay again!

This was our second time staying in unit #315We absolutely love it! This was our 4th time staying at the Sand Cay Beach Resort. It’s a convenient location right on the Gulf of Mexico!

Our family enjoyed an incredible vacation at Sand Cay (unit 315) and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. The unit was perfectly clean and spacious, and it's great that they supplied beach towels and beach toys. The beach is stunning (we saw dolphins right in front of us!), clean and not crowded at all. We almost never used the pool (which is nice) because we're beach-goers, but it's available. There's also a tennis court (can also play basketball and pickle ball).If you are looking to spend time in the area for a relaxing family vacation, you need not look any further. For us, the convenience of having our own place rather than a hotel room was much better. Just know that Longboat Key compared to Siesta Key (a little south) and Anna Maria Island (closer, but just north) are busier with more shops, restaurants etc. But, you're a 5 minute drive to Publix and about 10-minutes to Saint Armand Circle that has lots of restaurants and shops. We'd return for sure! Thanks to the office staff as well who were both friendly and helpful!

What a vacation! Our family absolutely loved Sand Cay, and unit 315 was perfect! The weather was gorgeous and the amenities were everything we needed. The unit was fully equipped with everything to cook, relax, and venture down to the beach and pool. We vacation a lot with our children and this unit was by far the cleanest, most updated and calming place we have stayed at in a very long time. My husband and I enjoyed playing cards on the deck at night, and the kids loved the Tic-Tac-Toe set. We can’t wait to come back to unit 315 for our next vacation.

Stayed in this rental the first week of August and from the minute we opened the door we fell in love with it. This unit is close to the water and it is very spacious and bright. The owner takes a lot of pride in his he probably because everything looks new with no ware and tear. The bed is so comfortable and i actually ordered the pillows that were on the bed.Owner provided tents for the beach and a beach cart that you can pull your beach stuff inI have rented other units at this property and this by far has been my favorite . I will book this property again.

Great place to vacation. The front desk staff are nothing but wonderful. Place is clean and ready for you when told it will be. Love the ground which are kept beautifully.

What a great week! The beach was beautiful, my kids even swam near a manatee! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the Keurig to the cooking utensils, the quick wifi and plentiful towels, even the cute starfish Tic Tac Toe and the beach themed decor. The on site laundry mat, shuffle board courts, and pool added to the fun and comfort of this vacation. Honestly felt more like the Caribbean than Florida! Check out Columbia, Mar Vista and the Chart house for good food and beautiful views. My kids are already begging to go back to Sand Cay unit 315!

We’ve stayed at Sand Cay many times. As always, we felt welcomed and the atmosphere is pleasant and homey, has all needed amenities. There is always a great mix of ages, families, seniors.

The condo was as advertised. Clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipt - well above average for condos.The location was excellent. Perfect for long walks on the beach.

I enjoyed my stay at Sand Cay and unit #315 very much. The unit was located in a private and quiet area. The view from the unit of the Gulf was beautiful and serene. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the size of the unit was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Loved the view and accommodations being so close to the beach. Everyone was laid back, and we felt close enough to the hustle and bustle to the north and south with just the perfect amount of peace and quiet at our place. Perfect vacation, can't wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Really enjoyed private beach area and chairs. The unit was very clean just felt like it could use some updating.

My husband and I had a great time at Sand Cay. This unit seems to have been remodeled and is in great condition. It's not a full ocean view, but it was just enough to sit on the balcony and have breakfast watching the water. That's all we needed. The unit had some beach gear, which we found very useful. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Unit 315 does not disappoint! This was our 5th stay in this unit. It is well equipped, the kitchen counters and sink were recently updated. It also has a great view of the water and bonus of a close parking space.

My husband and I enjoyed a stay in this unit in August. The condo was well supplied, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. We had a noise issue the first couple of nights; some other guests talked loudly until early morning hours. Perhaps they didn't realize their voices would carry throughout the common area. Otherwise, we were satisfied with this stay (our second at this property).

We enjoyed staying at Sand Cay. The views were beautiful. Easy beach access, great staff, loved the availability of beach chairs etc. We stayed in condo #315. it was a nice, spacious condo. A few suggestions would be to replace the electricial sockets. They all were old and would not hold a standard plug, they just fell out so it was hard to charge our phones etc. Needs a new light in the kitchen. There is not alot of light to work in that small area. The fridge took awhile yo cool food but that may just be because we put alot of food in there when we arrived. Our 3rd night there, the fire alarms went off and after 10 mins and the fire department hadnt been nofified we called outselves. The staff was great with information and the incoming storm and it was nice to have washer/dryer area sincethe units didnt have them

We loved staying in this condo- it was so conveniently located for quick beach access and was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time, including beach towels, umbrella and chairs. The office staff were so helpful and friendly, and we loved the Longboat Key beach- not crowded and we even saw a manatee swimming with us!

We had a wonderful time at Sand Cay #315. The unit was very nice and comfortable and the staff at the office were great.

It was very nice place to stay I love the Private beach access to the water the cottage was clean but some of the kitchen is it’s not in there that available other than that everything is in good shape

We stayed in Unit 315 for the second time. Beautiful condo with a fantastic view. The unit was cleaned and the the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff is friendly and responsive. We will book this unit for our next stay in LBK!

The unit was clean, spacious, and kitchen was well stocked. The views were pretty from balcony and dining room windows. Only complaints would be rug in living area was stained, bunk beds in second bedroom are very hard and my laptop screen is larger than the T.V. The front door is also tricky to unlock. Other than that, we had a very relaxed, enjoyable stay.

Had a great time on the first week or opening after closure because of the virus. Very relaxing and stress free time. Not sure my stars show. Our front door in the condo needs a paint job badly and the door knob/lock was tricky and seems to need repair. Beautiful condo and grounds and beach!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Sand Cay. The beach is fabulous, and the condo was great. The on-site management company employees were very attentive and resolved any issues we had. We liked the location and found it easy to go into either Sarasota or Bradenton and enjoy all those towns had to offer.

I'm a Florida girl and have spent many vacations on the east and west coast of Florida. Sand Cay Resort is located in a convenient location. The area has great restaurants, shopping in nearby Sarasota as well as beautiful sunsets.The property is well maintained and our unit was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. Personnel on the property were wonderful and helpful.
