Great place. Everything is very clean and we loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at beautiful Sand Cay! We enjoyed spending our days between the beach and the pool- with plenty of beach chairs available for all! The property is maintained beautifully and has beautiful landscaping, flowers, and tropical plants! The management was super friendly and helpful! Another plus- free laundry and ice machine near the pool, so you can do your laundry while you are at the pool. We have been vacationing at Sand Cay for about 10 years and have always been very happy with our stays! We will be back next year!

Happy overall. Scratchy sheets of poor quality. Clog in MB bathroom when I arrived so I had to use the other bathroom. II wasn’t comfortable on the mattress and woke up with a backache every morning. I rarely have back pain otherwise. Condo great otherwise. Loved the decor. Front desk person was friendly and helpful which I appreciated. Of course, loved the ocean!!!

Our happy place for a winter escape. Very kind, friendly staff to assist with any needs or requests. The condos are very comfortable and the location right on the beach can’t be beat.

We had a great experience. Easy check in and check out. The condo was extremely clean, which I was happy about. The place could use some updating. You could tell some things were very old (they still worked but could use an upgrade). Not a bad walk to the beach and the condo was right by the stairs. There was an elevator too for easy use if you had a lot of bags or small children. The place came with a lot of equipment for a stay more than a lot of air bnb places. Perfect for our short stay on Longboat Key. I would definitely stay there again. The general property was also very well maintained and was clean and looked great.

My girlfriends and I stayed in unit 314 as we thought it was meant to be since that is out area code. Sand Cay is a great, quiet location on Longboat Key with all the amenities you need. The unit was very clean and the perfect size for 4 girlfriends although there is a pullout couch if we had more. The kitchen was also fully stocked with what we needed to cook. We’ll definitely look to staying again!

Great place with a beautiful beach and nice pool

The unit was clean and updated and it had everything you could think of. We would definitely recommend it to others and we would come back again. 🙂

The property was very nice. The staff at the rental office was great. The surprise was the firmness of the master bedroom mattress. It was unexpectedly hard and not that comfortable to sleep on.

Time went by too fast, 3 days is not enough! Had a wonderful visit.

Sand Cay is a fabulous place to stay when visiting Long Boat Key. Condo 314 was clean, spacious and well appointed. Right on the beach and a great pool. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Overall a great place to stay. I highly recommend!!

It was vacation so the TV didn't really matter but, when using it, the unit kept switching off. It would take 8-9 attempts before it would stay on. Wanted you to know. Appreciated the late check out as we had a later flight - not sure the HC crew was alerted as they knocked on door and clear was sitting waiting near elevator.

This condo is impeccable. It is clean and modern with a touch of “beach”. The murals are amazing. The kitchen supplies were useful and we appreciated the starter pack with garbage bags, dish soap etc. We come to Longboat every other year and will be back to this specific condo.

Great location and beach 1 min away. Nice views, nice beach. Clean rooms. Close to other beaches. Highly recommend it for families and singles.

Beautiful place, just what we were looking for. Wish we could book for next year at end of our stay and you were not already booked. I stayed in until 314 and suggestion for owner: for specific instructions how to work TV, kitchen really needs a large teflon skillet and a large pit for spaghetti.

The unit we stayed in was clean,cool and well stocked for long days at the beach. There was nothing we needed. The grilling area by the beach was a great touch. The pool looked beautiful but we spent all our time on the beach. Great vacation.

It was a great experience, condo was nice! It was a laid back resort, finding chairs was never an issue! The beach was awesome and it was so nice to have both the beach and pool within a short walk! Condo was clean and had everything we needed!
