Unit #310

We had a nice time at Sand Cay. The staff is helpful and friendly and our unit was very good.

Stayed in a Unit 310 that we have not stayed in before and it was Great. We also noted some improvements to the complex like new sidewalks, new shower by the beach, and new vegetation/flowers. We love Sand Cay!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in March and were wowed as soon as we entered the condo. It was very clean and airy with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and a view of the Gulf in the background. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We would highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for a great place to vacation.

This was our fourth time here, and we’ve already booked for next year. A beautiful location right on the Gulf and there is so much to do: beach, pool, walking, or enjoying quiet time inside the comfortable condos. It’s all good!

We had a fantastic time

Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely grounds, beautiful stretch of beach. Hard to overstate what a difference it makes being on the Gulf side of the road. In condo complexes like this, the units themselves vary by owner—I was very happy with 310. I was surprised by the very good view of the Gulf from the balcony. Very clean, nicely updated unit. One thing to consider is whether you want a shared balcony—this unit shares the balcony with the adjacent unit, with canvas separating the two sides. You can’t see next door, but you can hear everything on your neighbor’s balcony. I would definitely return, a comfortable and attractive unit.

Wonderful location, very nice grounds and a private beach. Loved the fact they provided beach gear at no cost. Condo was perfect!

Nice location, great customer service, and maintenance when needed, friendly. Nice condo resort. Stayed in two different condo's, all should have umbrellas and patio tables and plenty of silverware. Slats on sliders should be looked at by maintenance before arrival. Other than those critiques really enjoy SandCay.

We were happy with our rental at Sand Cay Resort. We were unlucky on the weather front but our kids were happy to swim in the heated pool. We were visiting for a wedding, so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the condo, but it was decorated nicely and was spacious enough for our family of 5. We didn’t utilize the pull out couch but it was a nice option and would work well. The laundry was a bit frustrating with only 2-3 of the dryers actually drying but I imagine they get a ton of use so it’s understandable- truly my only complaint and I only had to do laundry once. The employees of the resort were kind and attentive to the entire wedding party.

The condo was very spacious, clean, updated with a beautiful view. It was very convenient to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

Over all it was very nice. The office ladies were extremely nice and accommodating.

We love the longboat key area, it's great for families looking for pristine beaches while at the same time avoid the crowds, and to top it off the property was perfect, clean, spacious updated units, pool, tennis, and we love visiting the Mote aquarium. We have stayed in other places in longboat key but I think we've found our spot that we plan to visit year after year

We have been staying at Sand Cay for years and each year is better than the last. The property is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. They are always so welcoming. Our unit was great.

Sand Cay Beach Resort was our host for many years. Always a top location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach access was easy and everything was there for us to have a great time (beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, etc.). The condo was nice, clean, well stocked and big enough for my family of four to be together and branch out as needed.

Long Boat Key has one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever visit...the water is blue, green and so clear! We saw manatees and tarpon while on a paddle board! The condo community was perfect for our large family reunion, with grass play areas and the outdoor grill. The unit itself was well furnished and the kitchen well equipped.

We love this beach its so clean and private and family oriented. Our unit was also very clean and had everything we needed.

We have been coming hear twice a year for the past seven years ( except covid period ) and it never dissapoints.the location is the best and the staff are like family,all once again for making our vacation wonderful ...

Great experience in every way. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Facilities are just right, and steps away from the Gulf. This our 7th time, God willing, next year will be #8. We love it.

We were pleased with the condo. Nicely decorated, distant water view and well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity to Anna Maria. The staff was very nice and helpful. My complaint...the washing machines needed to be cleaned. I prefer to have the washer/dryer in my unit and not have to use a laundry room.

Enjoyable

Our annual sisters get away was wonderful again this year. Our condo is warm and inviting. The decor is perfect. The space is roomy. The property is close to everything, shopping, dining, activities and groceries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sand Cay Resort. Our unit , 310,:was perfect. Beautifully furnished, had everything we needed during our stay and was very clean. The office staff members were very friendly and helpful. We will be back to Sand Cay.

Unit was satisfactory except NO coffee pot and blinds would not go up

This was the 2nd summer my sister & I stayed at San Cay. Same condo (310). Thoroughly enjoyed our week! The accommodations are perfect for us. Beautiful Beach, the condo is very well equipped & has a nice tropical decor!Will be back, for sure��

Excellent

This is our fifth trip to SandCay. Once again, it was wonderful. The particular unit we stayed in this year (17 days) was extremely clean and well appointed. The SandCay property is so beautiful and the entire staff is warm and extremely helpful. SandCay has it all, warm atmosphere, pool, tennis/pickle ball Court, laundry facilities and steps away from the beach on Gulf.We’re coming back again next year!

Reservation handled seamlessly. Facility very well maintained and accommodating. Our unit was clean and well stocked and appointed. Location in Longboat was very convenient. Proximity to beautiful beach a short walk. Staff friendly and very competent. Overall experience was excellent.

This is a first class resort with great friendly staff and the beach location is 5* as was the condo we stayed in.Highly reccomend..

Our family enjoyed the condo. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The beach is a few feet away. The neighboring resort had a great restaurant. This property does not have food options but a grocery store is close. The air conditioner unit unfortunately sits outside the wall of the 2nd bedroom. It was loud & vibrated the wall where the headboards were placed. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Maybe the beds in that room should be placed on the opposite wall.

My sister and I were absolutely thrilled with the condo/amenities, the location& proximity to the beach. We were sorry to have to leave, but will certainly try to plan another visit. We haven been recommending Sand Cay(unit 310) to everybody asking us how we enjoyed our stay. We hope to return soon.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This resort is great, lovely setting, meticulously maintained, warm friendly staff, fabulous beach!! Unit 310 is a lovely condo, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Unit 310 exceeded our expectations,and we highly recommend.
