Located on the third floor with easy elevator access, Sandy Toes overlooks the resort pool and landscaped grounds. The condo also offers peekaboo views of the Gulf from the balcony and dining room with glimpses of the bay from the bedrooms. While the resort itself is directly on the Gulf with a private white-sand beach, Sandy Toes is offered at a garden/pool-view rate—giving you a wonderful beach setting without the premium price of a direct Gulf-front unit.
Recently Refreshed for Your Comfort
Sandy Toes has been recently refreshed with new furnishings and window treatments. The living room features a new sectional with two recliners and a sofa sleeper, along with a Koala chair that folds out into a twin-sized bed—giving families extra flexibility when it comes to sleeping arrangements.
All new window treatments include room-darkening shades in both bedrooms, perfect for sleeping in after a relaxing beach day. A new dinette set provides a fresh and comfortable spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or family games.
With a full kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, two bathrooms, and a private balcony, Sandy Toes is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable. We also offer a high chair and pack-n-play.

Absolutely stunning property with everthing you would ever need. Our unit was perfection with a partial gulf view. Beautifully decorated and clean. The pillows are so good I ordered the same ones to be at my house when we arrived back home. Bed is incredibly comfortable as well. Can’t miss with this property
Great place for relaxing on the beautiful beach.Close to our favorite 2 restaurants The Dockside Grille and Marvista. Everything was perfect!
We have been coming to Sand Cay since 1978 and have always loved our visits. This year was great also and the resort looked beautiful and well maintained! Our unit is open and spacious and the balcony was well utilized! The staff in the office were incredibly helpful, pleasant and accomodating!
This particular unit suited our needs. The condo was clean with some wonderful updates. It has everything a family needs from dishes to beach paraphernalia. The staff is always friendly and take pride in their work. The grocery store is just down the road and the beach was fantastic! The only thing we would change is updating the mattresses and eventually the living room seating (especially the recliner). The condo could use a coat of paint, but it certainly did not take away from our experience. We would not hesitate to rent condo 309 again.
