Come and see all the upgrades and the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from this unit. The upgrades include all new carpeting, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses in guest bedroom, as well as 40" and 32" LED flat screen HD TV's with Blu-Ray/DVD players (Netflix/Pandora, etc. capable) in the Living Room and Master Bedroom respectively (guest bedroom also has 32" LCD flat screen TV and DVD player). The kitchen has been completely stocked, including espresso machine and wine cooler! There is also new furniture in the Living Room which includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. Additionally, a safe has been Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.

Everything was AWESOME!

Great location on the beach. Our unit met our expectations. The office was responsive to our needs re internet not working, water not hot enough, window not closing. The resort is very nice but not luxurious.

We stayed 9 nights in 220 and it was excellent. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the storage closet full of nice items to use at the beach.

We had a delightful vacation! The condo was spotless and comfortable. The grounds were colorful and uplifting. The staff in the office were wonderful!l

Wonderful vacation at Sand Cay. The resort is in great condition. Condo is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I’m listing some item needing attention as if this were my condo I would want to know. The kitchen faucet is leaking. We discovered large vase under sink catching water that overflowed. Easy fix. The master shower head doesn’t work. Sliding door doesn’t lock. Closed captioning on TV cannot be removed. We rebooked for next year as these repairs are easy fixes. Thank you.

The leak under the sink was fixed the day of you departure, and they did not find an issue with the shower head or the door lock to the patio. Our family has been coming to Sand Cay for over 15 years for summer vacation. It is the best spot to bring together the entire family to enjoy the beach and make great memories together. Our rental unit was great. However, I would suggest updating some appliances such as the toaster, blender, fridge and coffee maker as well as make sure to include more up to date kitchen tools. Ensure pull out couches are thoroughly cleaned as well.

The unit we rented was updated and decorated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. The floor is all tile which is hard to keep from being sandy all the time. We swept and vacuum often. A few small things broken and need repairing, but we managed around it. Location of unit was convenient.

Had such a great experience here from beginning to end! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The unit was immaculate as well as the grounds, pool etc. The location was very central to anywhere you would want to go. There are a few places in walking distance and anything else was an easy car ride away. Already planning a return trip back!

We enjoyed our stay here. In fact, we have booked our stay here for next year! Units are clean and cozy. Always enjoy Motes Aquarium, go there every year. So, many restaurants!
