Perfect location, beautiful property and the room came with just about everything you need. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Sand Cay's beach with my sister, our daughter who lives in Palmetto and our granddaughters. My son also rented here and we enjoyed being with him, his wife, and two children. The weather was perfect and the sunsets absolutely beautiful.

This was perfect for our girls trip! Communication was always quick and helpful! The property is cute and comfy and very clean. Steps to the beach, a great pool, shuffleboard and a friendly office staff. The beach was not crowded and very clean. We would definately go to this property again!

Blankets to snuggle with and drying rack were nice! Comfortable master bed! Loved Longboat Key and Sand Cay was lovely, beautiful grounds, easy access to beach, friendly staff, loved the beach chairs!

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for the beach which is Beautiful!

Felt like we had the Beach and Pool to ourselves! Unit well stocked and clean. Had all the beach chairs needed with umbrella. Property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We had saved this to be able to visit again! Thanks

There was plenty of room for everybody. It was right beside the pool and a short walk to the beach. Very clean. Not complaints at all. We usually go down in this area every June for a week. It's a nice family get together and it was the first time at this resort. We have already made our reservations for next June.

The property was as described. Strategically located to everything we needed, shopping, beach, and dining. We had an amazing stay, felt safe the entire time and wanted for nothing. Great host and great location!

Everything was as advertised beautiful and clean with a bit of an ocean view. The condo complex’s property goes right up to the beach! Very short walking distance to the beach from the condo. Condo is close to the pool and laundry facilities. We would stay here definitely stay here again!

This condo was amazing! The property was well maintained and comfortable. The staff in the office were so friendly and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again and hopefully this condo, soon!

I would recommend anyone interested in a soft quiet atmosphere, this is the venue. Many places to visit within 5 miles. You have the beach, the pool, and a more than comfortable domain to kick back and relax.

The unit was acceptable but was very dated. The 2nd bedroom squeezed in twin beds such that you couldn't use the closet. It Desperately needs to be updated with newer furnishings.

This condo had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly, and the grounds were very well kept. This was no small feat since they had just experienced a hurricane less than two months prior. The unit itself had all that you will need and then some. When we are in the area again, we will definitely try to book this unit again.

This was our third stay and we’ve never been disappointed. The unit is always clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a quiet and restful vacation, and we hope to return next summer.

This is the 3rd year in a row we've booked condo 213 and will definitely return next summer— Sand Cay is well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is paradise.

I have stayed at this resort for many years and as always, it was wonderful!

Very nice property! Plenty of room, short walk to the beach. The beach was very clean and we were provided chairs and towels. Loved the balcony and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Stores and restaurants nearby, would love to come again.

Our family has been coming to Sand Cay every year since 1994, which I think speaks to how wonderful this location is. The property has been well maintained, the condos are functional and comfortable for week-long stays, and it's an easy walk out to a beautiful beach.

Condo was great. Very clean and good beds. Great location.
