Unit #210

This was a return visit and once again the property was serviceable for our stay. Love the pool and access to so many restaurants, many within walking distance. As with most multi-story units, the unit above was noisy with foot traffic and little feet but we did not let it affect our stay. The office staff, maintenance crew and cleaning crew are top notch.

Great place to stay on a quiet section on longboat key. Unit is stocked well with all your needs. Unit could use some fresh new paint and sofas cleaned but not a deal breaker. Condo provides beach loungers, has free ice machine and washers and dryers. Added bonus is your right on the beach so it’s an easy walk.

Everything about the place was exceptional. The grounds were immaculate. everything was clean inside and out. The beach was great! Just 100 feet or so from our room.

We stayed for about 3 weeks and loved the quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, and perfect February weather. We will be back next year.

Great experience. Unit was clean, spacious, updated and well appointed. Pool area was spotless. Quick walk thru the garden area to fantastic beach. Relatively quiet location "mid-island". A little traffic noise but you will have that with any property on LBK. Our only disappointment is that they do not allow dogs. Otherwise we would plan a longer stay next year.

Great quiet location on the beach. Each unit is individually owned. Beach lounge chairs are provided in the beach along with towels. Unit #210 can use an upgrade on paint colors and furniture but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend Sand Cay

Longboat Key is a great place to come and relax. Sand Cay is a very nice place to stay. Each unit is individually owned and right on the beach. Love the lounge chairs on the beach. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Sand Cay when attending a wedding near by. The condos were SO clean and had all the amenities needed for a beach stay. Very easy walk to a beautiful beach that almost felt private. The staff was friendly and very responsive when planning- 10/10 recommend

Stayed in updated unit, 210, that was super nice. This resort, as always, was super clean and the office staff couldn’t have been nicer. This was our fourth stay atSand Cay and we will return again.

We stayed in unit 210 this year. I will admit, we have always stayed (and preferred) gulf front units. I was so disappointed when I went to book this past trip and No gulf fronts were available. We love a good view and to open the windows and hear the sounds of the gulf! But once we opened the door to 210, we were very pleased that there still was an excellent view from the living room, plus we could sit on our patio and keep an eye on our kids at the pool. The unit was well stocked, clean, tastefully decorated, and maintained to meet our expectations.

LBK is our Happy Place and Sand Cay is nicely located in the middle part of the island. It's convenient to several quality restaurants and provides a nice sunset view each evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Cay. The unit was recently updated and beautiful. The property is in great shape & proximity to the beach is perfect. The group of people that work here are wonderful. They are friendly and make you feel at home.

Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Our room was well cleaned. There are a few maintenance issues that needed addressing. All sinks and guest bath tub did not drain properly. There also what appeared to be mold in the master shower. The Master bath had a bad smell of “swamp” gas and we needed to leave the fan on throughout our stay. Otherwise, the room completely me our needs.

The trip and unit were amazing! No complaints about anything. Unit had everything you need when you travel. Would highly recommend staying at Sand Cay Beach Resort. Amenities a plenty!

Just as advertised the unit was very clean and cozy. Our daughters wedding was just down the street and the location was perfect. Over all very satisfied with stay except the weather was cold but you can’t control that. Only two items that need fixed master bedroom sink stopper was disconnected from lever had to pull out by hand, also screen door on slider comes out of tracking. Nice beach and there are chairs on the beach plus umbrellas.

This was our second time at Sand Cay and first time in this unit. Everything was clean and perfect for what we needed. The beach was beautiful. We love staying here its very quiet and not a party type place. Check in and out is easy.

We have been staying here for years. It is a family friendly resort where each condo unit is individually owned. They are very well equipped in the kitchen, have towels for the beach and very clean. We always rent here!

Rental was just as described. Could use a bit of updating in the living room area but plenty of space. Condo was very clean and plenty of towels. Kitchen updated and fully stocked. Only downside is you can hear the people in the above until walking on the floors and the outside air conditioning unit is next to the master bedroom but I’m a light sleeper and this wouldn’t stop me from renting again. They also have beach chairs, towels, toys, cooler, and even fishing rods.

Best vacation, gorgeous resort and very accommodating in every way!

Our unit was absolutely gorgeous. Only complaint was there is not enough room in the 2nd bedroom. Stay was great and weather was perfect.

The condo unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable with great location near the pool and views of the water.The area and location of Sand Cay with exceptional restaurants and high end shopping makes it a desirable place.
