Awesome view of the beach. Spacious unit. Very responsive hosts. The staff at the property are very helpful and follow through. Would definitely come back.

The unit we rented was well equipped with beach supplies. In addition to all the kitchen supplies. The owner even shared items like a high chair and portable playpen, which was very helpful. We had a great view of the beach, as well as pool view. Our family was staying in several units and we have decided to rent again next year. This may become our new destination for our family reunion due to the great experience we all had with both our units and the staff.

My fiance and I love staying at 206 when we come to Sand Cay. After growing up coming here as a kid, we have stayed in a lot of different units (all of which are beautiful). However, this one in particular feels like home after staying here several times in a row. The view is perfection, always clean upon arrival, perfectly quipped with umbrellas, nice beach chairs, coolers, kitchenware, new appliances. Can't really ask for more. Thank you Sand Cay and 206 owners!!

It was a beautiful resort, very nice condo with everything you would need! Lovely beach access and pool! Grounds were beautiful and well kept. So far, our favorite place on Longboat!

Property was perfect. Location and view were amazing. The fact the patio had shade all day allowed us to spend most of our days there! Short walk to the beach to dip our feet in the water and pick up shells made our stay complete.

This is the 3rd year we have rented at Sand Cay. We absolutely love it there! We have stayed in 2 different units. The condos are spacious and nicely decorated. Steps from the beach and lots of good restaurants within a short drive. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island! Thank you Sand Cay for another fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in 206. This is our second year coming to Sand Cay Resort, and we plan to return next year. The location is perfect with only steps to the beach and unit 206 has a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit is comfortable and the location is perfect. We enjoy the quiet and friendly atmosphere. The management staff is friendly and helpful. We hated to leave!

We decided to try Longboat Key for our beach vacation spot this year and we landed on a rental at Sand Cay Resort. The location was perfect and our condo was great. Very quiet with little to no road noise. The staff at Sand Cay is great and was always friendly and ready to help if we had questions.

This is a great deal because of location , rate and convenience. Close to many great restaurants.

Wonderful location, quiet beach and friendly service. The condo was well appointed and clean. Master bed is soft; we weren’t there long so was fine for us. Need more pillows. And it would be wonderful if someone provide beach umbrellas. We would have purchased if we we’re staying longer. Management is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Our rental experience was great. The location of this room was perfect with a nice view of the ocean. It was also relatively close to parking which was helpful. It was clean and was supplied with everything needed. It was furnished comfortable except for the twin beds!

Lovely condo on LBK with views of the beach. The beach is literally yards from the condo. The condo itself is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool was great although they had to turn the heated water off as a combination of the heated water and the weather made it more like a hot tub! Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on LBK.

Unit a delight, clean, beautiful view, well equipped. Property very well maintained, and the beach is a charm.

Beautiful views of the pool and Gulf. Bonus on having high chair, pack a play, silverware for the kids, etc. Furniture and master bed are need of being replaced, but a day at the beach and we were too tired to care. Recommend staying at this condo if you have little ones.

Sand Cay has been our go to since 1978! The beaches are clean, stretch for miles and Long Boat Key offers a calm getaway vibe.

Unit 206 has all the basics covered. Could use a few updates especially mattresses. Nice supply of beach accessories in the mechanical room. Even though Sand Cay was very busy the beach was never crowded

Our family visited last year and was so fortunate to visit this relaxing and clean property again. We love that the beach is just steps away and not too busy. It is a great space for families. Thank you!

I love the resort. I have been coming to Sand Cay for many years. However this las unit needs to be updated. The furnishings are very old and uncomfortable. The sheets did not smell clean and fresh. There was only 1 wine glass. I won't stay in that unit again. I have stayed in other units that are much nicer

Love sandcay resorts as we have been coming here for many years. Unfortunately the condo we stayed in this year was vert tired and in need of up-grading . A few examples are , lighting very poor. Sofas where quite dirty and only one wine glass and 2 teaspoons . Would not stay in this condo again unless it is up graded. Apart from that enjoyed our stay as always, and looking forward to our visit next yr G Armstrong

Great condominium and view of pool and ocean. Loved having the little cooler to pull to the beach. The kitchen was nice as it was open and not boxed in. Twin bed could not be used due to wheels which rolled when our grown adult daughter tried to sleep on it. It would not stay in place. Remove those wheels! She ended up sleeping on the couch, not the pull out as it was not firm enough. Please note that practically all of the pots and pans were scratched badly. Once a non-stick pan is pealing, or scratched it leaks chemicals into the food you are cooking. The office had two extra non-stick pans they gave us the 2nd day. Even though they were smaller size, we got by with them. Silicone spatulas and large cooking spoons are a great investment on non-stick pans. They do not scratch. Only 1 wine glass, so we used the other small glasses. Due to replacement being done, there was no awning on outside patio, so we used it in the am only.

This is our 4th out of 6 stays at Sand Kay. Pandemic and other reasons prevented the other two. My only criticism would be the office being unavailable due to construction We tried to rent two different condos but the website is not allowing us.

The Condo was even better than we expected. Great ocean views. The condo was well equipped, the grounds were emaculate. The beach is right there and very awesome. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come again.

We loved staying here! The 2 bedrooms were great and nice open floor plan. The staff in the office were very friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept and it's such a short walk to the beach. I loved the patio area for coffee in the morning. This was perfect for our family of four and young children for convenient access to beach/ pool. We can't wait to come back! *If you are Covid conscious this is perfect for you. We were able to order takeout from local restaurants and eat at the condo, also perfect for social distancing outside.

We loved our time spent in Longneck Key! The Condo had everything we needed including beach gear! Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Short walk to the beach and we’re in heaven!

Our rental was absolutely beautiful down the steps to the pool and Beach the staff was so friendly they have brochures in the office with so much information on things to do well definitely be back.

Love staying here as it has everything one needs. Stocked with pool toys, boogie and wake boards, beach umbrella and chairs, blow dryer, straightener and all! Only need to bring clothes, food, and sunscreen to have a great beach vacation.

This year marks our family's 5th stay at Sand Cay and 2nd staying in 206.We love the property and wish we could stay longer. Plenty of things on island to do to keep you busy. Or just sit out on the beach and enjoy the days. Tyler's Ice Cream is close by and a "must do" if you like ice cream. Please don't let our little secret out, lol.

First time vacationing in Longboat Key! The property was clean and the staff was nice. Hanging with my family on the beach, priceless!

The unit was clean, spacious, quiet and had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. Great views of the beach from the living area/patio and steps away from the beach, plus view of the pool from the dining area. The owners provided clear communications and quick responses and the office staff for check-in was friendly too. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!

The condo is well laid out with lots of amenities. It was nice to wake up every morning and have coffee on the patio and look at the ocean. In fact, we spent most of our time when in the unit sitting on the patio.

This property is just as described on the website, very clean and everything you need to start a wonderful vacation on Long Boat Key. We had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and the weather was perfect. Happy Hour every evening was just so relaxing and picture perfect. We will definitely go back next year!

We really enjoyed the property and it's proximity to the beach. The facility is clean and the amenities were good. We hope to return soon!

The property was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and the location and view from our condo was awesome. We had the best weather and a wonderful family Spring Break. We plan to book again for next year.

Room 206 had all of the amenities needed for a 2yr old along with the beach. The full ocean view was amazing. Loved being near the ocean. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen amenities had everything. It's great having the beach umbrellas, towels and chairs provided by the resort. Loved the roll cooler to bring to the beach. The toiletries in the bathroom were a plus! The location to shops, groceries, restaurants entertainment was perfect.

Great weather and location. Unit 206 needs a new dishwasher, lanai screen door, and entrance rugs. It also needs a small table & chairs at the picture window. The furniture is rather old - replace!

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach!

Our July trip was out 4th stay at SandCay. What's not to love? #206 is wonderfully decorated, comfy beds. Only thing I wish we could change was to stay longer. Umbrellas there in the unit along with a cart to take down to the beach, set up and stay all day.

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Cay, we are already planning another trip back! Can’t ask for a more perfect location, especially with kids. Our kids went back and forth from the pool to the beach from sun rise to sun set!

Me and my family loved our stay in sand cay our room(206) exceeded our expectations they thought of everything they even had a high chair and two playpen included with a mattress. The beach is amazing not a lot of people because it’s like your own private beach. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll see you guys soon!

Where do I start? The condo is gorgeous. It has everything we needed for a quiet vacay. The view is incredible. I took my morning coffee on the terrace. An incredible way to start the day. The beach is just steps away and has lounge chairs ready for you. The condo comes equipped with all the beach/pool items you need. Along with a cart for toting all your things.It was just what we needed after 3 months in quarantine. And very quiet and peaceful!!I will be back!!

This condo had a great view and a nice layout. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. Big fluffy towels, beach umbrellas and the most comfortable beach chairs ever were in the closet. Would love to stay here again.

We met our family at Sand Cay resort for Thanksgiving. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The condo was beautiful and very updated. Everything we needed (accept Kerrigan) was provided. The view from our balcony was fabulous and we enjoyed every sunset on the beach. We will be back!

This was our first time to Longboat Key, FL and we couldn't have been happier with the area and resort! My husband has even starting talking about retiring to Longboat one day! The owners of this condo are so responsive and really make sure everything is perfect for your stay. They were quick to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival.When we arrived, it seemed they had thought of everything (even coffee filters which I had forgotten at the store!) The condo provides beach and bath towels as well as free chairs on the beach. These owners have provided additional chairs, umbrellas, bug spray and pool noodles for your use. Traveling with our two year old son it seemed this condo was made for a toddler! (But was still in great condition!) It came with a high chair, pack n play with mattress, sand toys and even a training potty which was perfect for our son! The pool area was clean and never crowded; the beach was so close and the breeze made it so comfortable, even in August. We felt right at home staying here and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this unit!

Our condo at Sand Cay was very nice and so close to the ocean. The property is well maintained, and it was nice to have chairs available on the beach. We liked that Sand Cay is not too big, so the beach was not overcrowded.

We had an amazing 3 night stay here. After spending 10 busy days in Orlando, we were in need of somewhere nice to relax for the last few days of our holidays.
