A lovely property, well maintained with a beautiful setting on the beach. I will return!

As always we have a wonderful time at Sand Cay. The staff are so amazing, call out especially to Sara and Melissa. Condo very clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Especially liked the box fan, and umbrella in unit. Ppl we meet at resort are also so friendly. It would be a great addition to the beach loungers if a few chairs could be available either in 7nit or at beach. Hubby with back pain really needed a chairs. Thanks for another great stay. See you soon.

Nice restful stay with perfect weather and a clean undated condo.

This was a girls beach weekend to celebrate our 60th birthdays. #1- great LOCATION in Sarasota & close to lots of great shops, restaurants & Publix. #2-PROPERTY manager was friendly & helpful. We loved the size of the complex & how clean/updated the whole place was. Pool was perfect. People were cleaning & maintaining the grounds the entire time we were there. #3-UNIT #201 was clean & well appointed, offered good water views & very convenient to elevator & stairs to beach & assigned parking. #4- BEACH was great & a very short walk from our unit. Beach chairs everyday, not crowded & turtle nesting was a real treat. Perfect to walk everyday. We LOVED our stay at Sand Cay & would definitely return here without any hesitation. There are many units to choose from & there were several groups that rented out various units and came together.

We had an amazing stay in Unit #201 at Sand Cay. The unit was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The property management employees were friendly, professional and helpful. Weather was PERFECT! We would definitely love to visit again.

We stayed in 201 Very clean, spacious, and decorated very nice BUT, The bed dipped in the center so bad it was like sleeping on a hill and the unit could use some nicer pots and pans

Unit #201 has been updated with new furniture, decor and beautiful bathrooms to name a few. The moment I walked in the door I was so excited. I have stayed in this unit before and am very pleased with the update. This is a very comfortable unit on a beautiful beach property with a great office staff. Even when the weather isn't the best, the stay is!!

Sand Cay is a very lovely, quiet, beautiful beach area. You have access to anything you should need within a couple of miles. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Sand Cay is definitely a paradise on earth! The office staff is great, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Easy access to the beautiful beach and chairs provided! Truly a home away from home!

The location of Sand Cay is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. It has direct beach access and the condos provide chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Longboat Key is less touristy than Anna Maria, but close enough go visit the shops, restaurants, activities, etc. Great location.

We loved our trip to sand cay and we would love to come back and stay another time . Great location on the beach .

My three adult children and I enjoyed a few days together on nearby Longboat Key, a longtime family favorite vacation spot.

Sand Cay Beach Resort is a wonderful experience. The Resort is pretty and very well maintained, office staff is great, and the beach is beautiful. Always look forward to returning for another vacation in paradise!

Unit was clean and comfortable came with all necessary amenities. We had some cold weather I would recommend a few extra blankets somewhere in the unit as the only extra we found were “ quilts or comforter” type back ups. Something small, but unfortunately it would have made our stay a bit more enjoyable. Overall it was exactly as described, we had all necessary items to have meals in the unit and the location was very convenient to most restaurants we enjoyed. The property is very clean and the office staff very personable & customer oriented. We would stay here again.

The beach was perfect, the pool and grounds ver well maintained, our condo was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and efficient. It was a quiet, yranquil place to relax and enjoy time with our family.

El sitio es perfecto, la unidad donde me hospede esta reformada y es lindo, las toallas de playa disponibles y las toallas de uso diario tambien, limpias, blancas y con buen olor al igual que la unidad. Solo le faltan algunos utensilios para cocinar. La ubicacion es lo mejor del resort, a solo algunos pasos de la playa. Eso si, al llover no puedes salir de la unidad porque los pisos de los pasillos exteriores del resort son de tablas de madera y se llueve todo. De resto es super chevere el sitio y la atencion de la recepcion muy agradable.

We spent 5 days at Sand Cay and loved every minute of our time there. The room was clean, nicely furnished and had a great view of the Gulf. From the beach to the heated pool, we enjoyed our family time together.

Family of four with two teens. Location is great on LBK. Quiet and beaches were not overcrowded. Would not go again in June because of frequency of afternoon storms. BUT... the property was mostly clean. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were never addressed. Master bath was tiny. No laundry in the condo (free in central laundry room). Otherwise, it was perfectly fine! Great balcony with view of Gulf. Safe.

We absolutely loved our stay in #201 Sand Cay! We have been coming to Longboat Key for decades, always loyal to another hotel/resort. Well- we are no longer loyal to them! This condo was perfect for our family- parents and two teens. PLENTY of room, so comfortable for the four of us. The whole space was immaculate, and the location was perfect. Easy quick drive to all restaurants, and mere steps from the Gulf. I loved the fact that you don't get nickle and dimed for things like chairs and towels- and this condo also provided coolers and more for the beach- even a tent shelter! We had fun at night playing the provided games. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything you could possibly need. We can not wait to return and plan to book this exact condo again. Sand Cay is so family friendly, really feels like a community. Another bonus was the designated parking space. Unit #201 felt like home- but with a much, much better view. You will be lucky if you stay here! Thank you for providing a wonderful vacation. Can not wait to return!

My college roommates and I stayed here for 4 days. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It was the perfect location to the beach. The chairs were available to use and it was great having a pool to dip into as well. The only thing that would make it perfect is a washer/dryer in the unit.

We had a wonderful experience at Sand Cay. It was our first time on LongBoat Key, not new to the Sarasota area. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Property was quiet, beach was awesome, pool refreshing. Kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything you would need to cook with. Would return to the same unit or others on the property. Perfect stay for a girls getaway trip! Condo was a nice size for four adults and one teen, well kept, and stocked with all we needed in the kitchen. Grounds and beach area were very clean. Staff was friendly. Umbrella and beach chairs that were provided were great quality. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay on a beautiful beach!

The Fridge could be turned on before arrival. Took overnight to get to the correct temperature. Other than that, Nice Job

We found Sand Cay via a Google search. Two adults and two kids (age 14) for a week at the beach. Because it was a popular Spring break week, I were a bit concerned about noise and were looking for something peaceful but not too boring. Sand Cay unit #201 was perfect! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels included. Nice deck overlooking the beach, very quiet, tons of amenities! We grilled, played pickle ball, walked the beach and had a blast! Highly recommend this destination on beautiful Long Boat Key!

Nice condo resort. Beachfront access. Convenience. Units were like a home away from home.
