Excellent unit that fit our family of 6 perfectly. Sand Cay Resort is a peaceful getaway and the service is great.

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Always a great time. Everything is always the best. Highly recommend.

Another great visit to longboat key thanks to San Cay. We stayed in unit 120 and it was very nice. Nice beds, which is important. Kitchen had all the amenities that we needed, including a Keurig, microwave, etc.. very easy access to the beach. We had a lovely time.

Gorgeous condo & we love Sand Cay! Pool is warm, grounds are well kept & the staff are wonderful. Wish that they had a monthly rate for a price break! I recommend to anyone who is going to LBK. Perfect mid island location!

We almost look for excuses to visit Long Boat Key. This time it was MIL's 91st birthday. We try to get the same unit each time with it's close to beach access and comfortable living space.

We found Sand Cay Resort last May and returned this October. Great unit #120! Decor was lovely and kitchen was well equipped with essentials. We loved the privacy of the location of this unit. The staff at Sand Cay are wonderful and all the facilities are perfect. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent getaway at a beautiful location. The unit is very comfortable and well appointed.

We have been to several Sand Cay units and this unit was the best yet. It is very spacious and fit all 5 of us. Not only is each room expanded with a King in the master and two doubles in the second, but there is also a pull-out couch in the living room. Our growing family has been pretty tight in other units. Plus, the unit was upgraded and open, which was very nice. And the patio is very private so if you have louder, messier kids like we do, that's always helpful. And very close to the parking lot, which is also helpful for unloading the 20k trips to Publix. But, don't spread the word too much because we will definitely be renting this unit again and I don't want it to be too booked up! 😉

Nice accomodations.

It doesn't matter how windy or cold it is when you'r in Florida in the Winter time.

First time in Long Boat Key, wonderful place to stay!

Love this unit. Have stayed here twice. The whole complex is well maintained. The office staff are very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo

I have been coming to this same resort for over 30 years. We cannot find anything else that compares to the beautiful Caribbean-like beaches and water, the size and convenience of the units, the layout of the condos and the price. Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and St Armand’s offer the most unique restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful condo, easy access to beach and parking. Light and airy condo with everything we needed.

Our family from all over the United States has gathered here for a reunion for the past 20 plus years. It is the perfect spot for us with ages from 3 years old to 88 yrs old. We all have our own units....and yet we spend time together on the beach as well as at the pool. Staff has been helpful and friendly. It was very special!

We have already recommended our vacation to so many friends! Longboat Key, Sand Cay, unit 120, was amazing! Longboat Key is quiet and beautiful! Sand Cay's location is perfect, the beach was clean and not crowded. The staff was super helpful! They seem excited to share ideas of things to do. Unit 120 had everything we were looking for: the patio was private, the open kitchen perfect for cooking, two full beds for the kiddos, plenty of beach toys, etc. The unit was clean and well cared for. This is a new favorite vacation spot for sure!

Rental until was beautiful, property was very relaxing and perfect location

We were only here for 3 nights and we were very busy with wedding festivities, so we weren't able to fully enjoy all that Sand Cay has to offer. We will most definitely be back.... hopefully this summer!

Great location on the beach with privacy

We chose this unit based on the updates and decor portrayed in the photos and it did not disappoint. Charming, great location to the condo beach, quiet and cozy. The best stocked kitchen I've stayed in yet! (Couldn't find cutting boards)Beds were comfy and in- unit laundry was helpful! We left it with three new shelling red buckets and a metal shell scooper :).

This rental is perfectly located, just steps from the beach, and only minutes to either Bradenton or Sarasota where my wife's family lives.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Sand Cay. It’s peaceful and relaxing. It’s a home away from home. This unit is awesome. It has all the essentials and is beautifully decorated.

We have stayed at Sand Cay for 5 years and look forward to heading back next year. It’s a quiet, family oriented property. It’s a comfortable apt, not stuffy with lots of rules to follow.
