Unit #119

We stayed in unit 119 and it was wonderful! Immaculate unit with amazing views! Gulf front location with a quick walk to the beach. Perfect!

This was our second time at Sand Cay and once again it did not disappoint! The unit was great - beds were super comfortable for our family of 5 (even the pull out couch!), kitchen with every amenity you could want, easy access to the beach and gorgeous all around.

Unit 119 was great! Location was perfect. 70 steps from door to beach! It is clean, bright and nicely furnished. Management team was incredibly attentive and responsive. Looking forward to more vacations at Sand Cay.

The condo is beautiful with an amazing view and right on the beach! I loved it and would stay again. The sitting room was my favorite spot to read in and look at the ocean. The only negative is that because it’s a first floor unit (which I typically love) we could hear all of the footsteps of the group staying above us.

Unit 119 at Sand Cay Resort is the nicest unit we have rented since staying at Sand Cay for past 6 years. It has very nice decor and comfortable seating areas. The unit was clean and just a few steps away from beach. Would consider renting this unit again on our next visit.

Quick getaway for some warmth and Sunshine. Sandy Cay was a great place to stay. Mid Island location made it easy to get to St Armand’s south and Anna Maria North. Sandy Cay resort was a beautiful spot right on the beach. Our unit was clean, well appointed, and had everything you needed. Checking and out was quick and easy. We will be back!

The condo was very clean, gorgeous, and very accommodating. Appreciated having starter packs of soaps etc. Beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs were provided. Free laundry service and ice was a nice touch. This is all great for travelers. Owner, and staff were awesome..... very kind and helpful. Can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful they all were. We would definitely stay again. On the down side the noise from the condo above was loud and very disturbing. Early mornings, late into the evening, and sometimes at 3am, making sleeping or relaxation while on vacay difficult. Dragging of furniture across the floor at times. Having stayed at many first floor condos over the years we have experienced renters above us before. Although you expect some noise and activity this seemed excessive. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. Thank you to all for sharing your place with us.

Sand Cay Beach Resort has been our vacation-go-to spot for the past 3 years. We love the location on Longboat Key. Not very touristy, the beaches and Gulf are gorgeous and refreshing. Sand Cay Resort offers beautiful views and a clean condo. We couldn’t be happier staying there for our family vacation!

Russ and Jane Chapman rented Unit 119 and were very pleased with the updates, cooking utensils, sunshine most of the day and the professional help with the backed up garbage disposal. We really enjoyed our three months of winter with you all. Looking forward to 2004. Thanks to you all!

June 2022. We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 119. The unit has recently been remodeled/redecorated. The furniture seems new, is comfortable, and is very attractive. There’s a chandelier over the dining table. Window coverings are nice with Pottery Barn drapes in the living room. The master dresser even has soft-close drawers. The bathrooms are both very nicely done (although not much room to organize toiletries). The location is great for easy beach access. We liked having a washer and dryer. There are several coffee machine choices (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.). A few of the lights are on dimmer switches which is a really nice upgrade. FYI-There is no tv in the second bedroom. We got a beach umbrella from the office to use during our stay as the umbrellas in the unit seemed to be broken. We noticed some of the kitchen recessed light bulbs had burned out. The only room not remodeled is the storage room and it could be better organized. It could also be used to store extra bedding rather than taking up precious space in bedroom closets. Our family has vacationed at Sand Cay numerous times in multiple units. We would stay in this unit again. It might be one of the nicest units at Sand Cay! The grounds and exterior are well-maintained. We love the vibe of Sand Cay and Longboat Key!

Excellent stay at Sand Cay.Only concerns was 1st level view of Ocean was limited and noise from upstairs condo.Otherwise the stay was perfect. Condo was newly renovated and perfect for our family of 4. Beach access was easy and beach was flawless.We saw a heard of Manatee this visit.Thanks for the wonderful trip. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in Unit 119 at the Sand Cay. It was clear this unit was freshly renovated throughout (less the kitchen which had some worn out cabinets). The unit was comfortable and nicely appointed. The only draw back of our stay was the unit did not feel very clean upon out entry. The floors felt so dirty that we purchased cleaning products to clean the floor. The numerous dirty Swiffer pads it took to clean the floors confirmed the lack of cleanliness.

We have stayed at Sand Cay for many years and this year was just as beautiful as all the other years we have been there! We love the condos and they are all first class accommodations! We especially love 119. We have stayed in this one many times! Thank you for your response when we had a problem too! Fixed very fast and efficiently! We love Sand Cay������

We had a great stay at Sand Cay. The condo was very clean and the people and staff were very helpful. The location is great, convenient drive to both ends of the island.

Our first time to Longboat Key was amazing! The condo was clean, spacious, has a beautiful kitchen, and was very conveniently located on the ground floor for an easy walk on the path to the beach!

The property was clean and neat. The location was excellent and the beach was steps from the patio.

We have been renting at Sand Cay for years it was great again

This condo had everything that was needed for a family of 4, with two children under 4. From high chair to pack and play. It was convenient to beach and pool. They had everything beach toys, umbrella, and towels and more. They had s washer and dryer in the unit also that made it convenient to wash clothes anytime. The couch and chairs were very comfortable. They had to replace the air conditioner unit, but it was very professional and quick and didn’t disrupt our day. It was a great place to stay! Will definitely be back!
