Unit #116

Very clean rooms, well stocked with appliances, amenities, towels, etc. Very Family oriented, absolutely relaxing, this is my fourth year, and getting ready for the next. A1

My family has been coming to Sand Cay for40 years, and we are hoping for 40 more

Unit 116 was very clean, and very pleasant to stay in. The only minor complaint that we have concerns the sliding window shades. The shades have individual plastic panels, and a few kept falling off. It looks like the attachment rings are broken, which caused a couple of the panels to fall off. But other than that, we had a great time, and will be back next year.

We love staying at Sand Cay! The staff, the facilities, the beach, the location of our unit - all are excellent and the reason we keep coming back.

Sand. Ay is the perfect place to stay ! It is right in the middle of the island and a well groomed place.The condos are beautiful and are a home away from home . All the Amy you need! And on. Beautiful beach

we love Sand Cay and 116 is a great condo. we have stayed here at Sand Cay for many years and will continue to visit. The beach is so perfect and the whole island has lots to do.We love 119 too and have stayed there most of the time.

We enjoyed every minute. The condo had great views and very comfortable. Easy access to beach.

Been coming to Sand Cay since 1979. As usual place looked groomed and well kept especially considering the aftermath of Hurricane Ian.Only issue was that I wished someone could have tutored us on operation of cable TV.

We love Sand Cay and have been coming here for about 25 years!!! We love it!! Have stayed in a few but usually 119 ! We love that place! And 116 too is a great place ! Thank you for being such a wonderful place to stay

Overall it was a lovely stay. The views are great, the grounds are very well maintained, and the check-in/check-out couldn’t were easy and pleasant. The rental unit was clean on arrival, and pretty much as expected from pictures.The patio is great from morning til evening.The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. We knew the decor was a rather dated, but that was acceptable. Having said that, the whole place could use a refresh. Vertical blind slats fall out when you close them for evening privacy, a picture frame is broken, electronics are outdated or absent, (for example, we stayed in due to pandemic and, after 1+ hour trying, found no Smart TV capability to access our streaming services (or even to screen mirrror from devices) so had only cable tv. We found no way to play music (lucky we brought a small Bluetooth speaker). Internet is unsecured WiFi and very weak (

Great location. This unit is a bit dated but we had a great stay. Kudos to Melissa, Heather, & Rick:they helped make our stay wonderful!!
