Beautiful beach escape for couples or families! Have been here many times and will hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful vacation in unit 114. Very clean and comfortable and excellent location by the beach.

San Cay is the best -outstanding grounds & units are well maintained.Sarah, and rest of administrative staff are always extremely helpful & GI out of their way on any issue.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The unit needs a refresh as the appliances were dated and the kitchen utensils were poor. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was adequate. The staff were very helpful and the location was great.

Fantastic location for relaxing at the beach in your private condo. It was ideal for our family. The property was well-maintained, clean and quiet. Check-in process is quick and simple. Steps from the beach and pool made it easy to access and convenient for our large group staying in other condos on the property.The only cons were that pool was very warm for July, so didn't spend hardly any time in it.Also, it was nearly impossible to get the front desk on the phone or to return a call in the months leading up to our stay. Pros outweigh cons 10 to 1. Great experience overall. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love this resort but not my favorite unit. The vacuum was terrible and there was no dustpan with the broom - which should be requirements at a beach condo when dealing with sand. It felt dated and the thick carpet in the dining room felt gross to walk on. Overall not a bad experience - we would stay here again if we did not have any other options but would not be my choice of units. But love the resort in general!!

First time as a family and we enjoyed all the amenities, pool, beach, grill. Overall, great accommodations and courteous and helpful staff. We will be back soon!

We recently stayed at Sand Cay Condos in Longboat Key over the Memorial Weekend, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly office staff who made us feel right at home.The condo itself was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and view of the garden. The layout was perfect for our group of family and friends, allowing everyone to have their own space while still enjoying quality time together.The highlight of our stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and genuine care made our stay truly memorable and stress-free.The location of Sand Cay Condos is another major plus. Being just steps away from the beach allowed us to spend the entire weekend enjoying the sun, sand, and beautiful ocean views. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The grounds were well-kept, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Our experience at Sand Cay Condos exceeded all expectations. The friendly and attentive office staff, coupled with the comfortable accommodations and stunning location, made this Memorial Weekend truly special. We highly recommend Sand Cay Condos to anyone looking for a fantastic beachfront getaway with friends and family. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Checking in was very easy. Luggage carts helped a lot with carrying stuff from the car. Unit had everything we needed and more. Beach was so nice and peaceful. Basketball hoop,tennis court, shuffleboard, and volleyball next door kept us busy. Grill area was a real treat. Staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

We love the beauty and convenience of Sand Cay. Close to beach and pool.Staff is friendly and helpful. We will return next year.

Our trip was wonderful, the beach glorious our apt was nice but the bathrooms were not great. Mold problems.

The condo had everything I needed. It was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and the location was very close to both the pool and the beach.

We thought the rental unit was well equipped, pleasantly close to the beach- short walk and close enough to hear the waves a bit, quiet and well maintained and clean! The dishwasher was strange, didn't fit much but okay for a short stay. Would have loved a beach umbrella like other condo places were putting up along the beach. The chairs are great, just need an umbrella to go with!

We had a great time! Recommended unit 114 to our friends.

Location of room is a nice balance between the pool and beach if you're not concerned with having a gulf view. Overall nice unit and will stay again.

My family and I love Sandcay. Super close to the beach and kids love the pool. The room was clean with everything you need for the stay. Will defiantly stay at sandcay again

We have been renting for 5 years now for 3-4 weeks. We have a pool view andwere happy to be on main floor this year. Staff is friendly and units are clean. Close to pool and beach.

Unit clean and only recommdation would be to improve the single bedding mattress..pretty uncomfortable for adults. Otherwise every was wonderful.

Sand Cay is a great value and fantastic location. The complex is clean, well managed, and the beach is one of the best anywhere. All units vary but all are well appointed and have pretty much all you need
