We look forward to our stay at Sand Cay Beach Resort every year! It is our favorite spot to rest, relax and spend time with our family. We love it!

38 great years and counting should say it all ...special shout out to the staff and owner of unit 108 for going above and beyond to accommodate our last stay

We have visited LongboatWe often vacation in Longboat Key and have stayed at Sand Cay many times - always our 1st choice!

My family has been staying at Sand Cay for over 25 years. My parents, siblings, our children and now grandchildren. We missed the last few years with the loss of our parents but all 15 of us made it back to Sand Cay last week and everything was just as it ever was. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and friendly. Longboat beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. We love how so many familiar and fantastic restaurants and shops are still there to greet us. Thanks Sand Cay!

We love Sand Cay! Great location and clean condos.

The unit was dark, and a little musty but the biggest issue was the noise from above when we were trying to sleep.

Recently retired and this is the first time we had an extended stay during “season”. Great experience! Office staff is great and Justin saved the day with our internet issues.

We had a mini family reunion at Sand Cay this year. Unit 108 was great!Kitchen was very well stocked- we enjoy cooking, the beds were very comfortable, and the decor was inviting.The grounds and pool area looked great considering the devastation Hurricane Milton caused.And as always, the staff is wonderful- very friendly and helpful!I can’t wait to return!

Good location especially with kids. Very close to pool. Ground floor beach access is nice. Decent unit. Master bedroom mattress should be replaced-cratered in the middle and worn out. Superficially Unit was clean but could use a deep cleaning honestly. Lots of kitchen equipment if you plan on preparing meals. In general Sand Cay is a good location and units are spacious.

Nothing to say but great things. Renting from Sand Cay was so easy. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff is so friendly. Grounds are clean. Our unit was spotless, furniture comfortable. Beach was amazing. I would come back again!

Sand Cay was perfect for our family vacation! Shuffleboard and a large grass area outside our room made for a great place to play when the weather wasn’t warm yet! The pool was heated and well maintained! Our home had all we needed to cook, play, and sleep comfortably! We enjoyed the in unit laundry! This is our 3rd year and the new living room furniture was a hit! Sooo big and comfortable! We love Sand Cay and will keep coming back!

It is a perfect location with beach right at the "back yard". The rooms are not as perfect as brand new but its clean and comfortable. The unit we have filled with beach toys and sports gears. That was a sweet surprise for my kids and grandkids. They have so much fun with all the toys they can play with. Over all we love the resort and location. We'll be back for sure.

Everything about the condo/stay/beach/weather was perfect!!!! The condo was a short walk to the beach on the first floor and the rooms were perfect for our family of 4!

Sand Cay is wonderful and the condo was spacious. However unlike the other condos we stayed in this condo's furnishings need upholstery cleaning ,the lighting is very poor, and the pots and pans were burnt, cheap and thin. The condo owners need to make some investments.

Not our first visit and won't be our last. The property is clean with a great location. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The condos are great and we have stayed in several.

The resort as a whole is wonderful and the beach is beautiful. Most of the units are well taken care of and comfortable.

We loved Sand Cay Beach Resort. Well maintained, quiet, family atmosphere, friendly office staff, beautiful landscaping, great location, plenty of beach chairs for everyone, loved it!!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Sand Cay on Longboat Key. We shared the condo with another couple and the space was perfect, comfortable and clean. The property was next to the beach and we really appreciated the beach chairs that are provided. Restaurant and shop proximity was also perfect. We will definitely try to return to Sand Cay and Longboat Key.

The home was perfect for us and our 3 kids! Right by the pool and shuffleboard! Very quick walk to the beach!

Wonderful we enjoy our family reunion no ones bother us . Every one we be in contact with very respectful and friendly.

Our condo was very close to the pool. That was great for our kids. We enjoyed being on ground floor the kids could play in the yard area. It was a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The only thing lacking is beach umbrellas. There was a broken one in the condo. We were told that the complex has umbrellas first come first serve however the complex has like 2 umbrellas. So if you want shade on the beach bring your own cover because they really don’t have them. We ended up buying one at Walmart. Just FYI be aware of red tide in the ocean. It came the last 2 days we were there and you couldn’t be on the beach or in the water so the pool got crowded. No one can predict red tide it comes from weather and current etc.

This is the 5th year we've stayed at Sand Cay Beach Resort. Always a wonderful vacation experience. We traded our 2nd floor balcony view years ago for the convenience of a washer and dryer inside the unit.The funny/odd disadvantage of unit 108 were the noisy beds, but love having a king, queen, and full size beds at hand in the unit. Easy to trade noise for sleeping options. Amazingly, relaxing stay for our family. Thank you!The beautiful beach location, pool, amenities, and staff are outstanding!

We really enjoyed this location. People were so friendly, beach was very accessible and quiet. Amenities were plentiful.

It was a perfect week! Beaches were flawless, lots of options to walk to and we wore out the pickle ball court. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sand Cay resort. The accommodations were wonderful. Our unit had a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The pool was heated and inviting. The beach and sunsets were incredible. Just wish the weather was warmer

My husbands family has been going to Sand Cay since it first opened, and we decided to keep the tradition going with our children. It's clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. We enjoy our stay each time we go.

The condo was clean and really beautiful. We were extremely happy with how comfortable the beds were and the larger beds in the 2nd bedroom. Lastly, we loved having the balcony to just relax later in the evening.

We've been staying at Sand Cay for years. Several members of our family reserve several condos during the same week. It's a perfect place for such a gathering with easy access to each other's condo but just as much privacy. Beautifully maintained and the beach of course is tops!
