I have rented 106 and 105(already reviewed) for our family for several years. Unit 106 has been a nice unit with recent renovations making it enjoyable to be at the beach.

We are "repeat customers" for these reasons: beautiful location on the water with stunning views; happy, helpful and wonderful staff with great customer service; well-maintained grounds with ongoing improvements; very clean unit with annual upgrades. We really enjoy our stays at Sand Cay!

Our family has been coming to SandCay for over 20 years we love the staff and the grounds and beach are amazing

We always enjoy our time at Sand Cay Beach Resort. Beautiful location, clean and well-furnished condo, and a very friendly and fun staff. Heather, Melissa, Mel, Rick and Justin are so helpful and positive.

This unit was great you can tell the owners really care about their unit. The washer and dryer were an added bonus, but the kitchen was very well stocked and it felt very homey and cozy in the unit. Location was excellent as well. We would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!

Our overall stay was good and we would stay here again. Our room had a musty smell The complex was fairly empty which was nice but given that it was disappointing that there were workers banging outside our room. I feel like they could have easily avoided our rooms until we were gone. Otherwise I think it would benefit guests knowing personal items in each condo. After booked something could be sent saying pool toys, beach towels each wagon etc. Good for those guests coming from out of town and for planning purposes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Cay - family of 4 including two teens. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The condo was nice, clean and just the right size for us. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Sand Cay is the best. Easy. Accommodating. And beautiful! 106 has everything you need. Comfy beds. Lots of space. And perfect location!

This was our sixth year at Sand Cay. Great location, beautiful and well-maintained accommodations and grounds, staff (Heather, Melissa and Sara) are fun, friendly and so helpful. Wonderful family atmosphere. We love this place and highly recommend it.

Just a great place to stay! unit 106 was comfortable, clean, easy access to the beach and pool. Oddly, we liked the parking - available spaces, wide spaces so that it didn't feel cramped.A good place on Longboat Key to beeasy check-in and check-out. Office manager was friendly and helpful with anything we needed.we've already recommended to others.

We had the perfect place for our family to stay! It was well equipped, plenty of space, and fresh/clean. We loved the proximity to the walk way and beach. We are excited to book again!

Condo was very spacious, 2nd time in this unit.2 bedrooms but has 2 beds in guest room giving plenty of room. Close to the beach, ground level. Will come back.

Sand Cay is the best vacation experience for ease, fun, and relaxing. The beach and pool are a great distance. The area is maintained nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love it here!

Room 105 was updated nicely from last year. The kitchen was nicely updated. We like the larger bedrooms this unit has.

Great place to stay on Longboat Key! This unit has easy access to the beach. Customer service from the office was excellent! It was great to have lounge chairs on the beach and the office gave us an extra umbrella to use. All complimentary!

Other than the two weeks of Red Tide, our stay at Sand Cay was very enjoyable--it always is. Great location. Beautiful unit. Wonderful staff! Nice family atmosphere.

Great location, comfortable accommodations but a bit tired.

The condo was great. The wheelchair ramp was too steep, I could not get up. Could not walk with cane either. I'm sure this is not up to code.

Words cannot describe our experience at Sand Cay. If you are going to stay in Longboat Key this is the place. Booking was easy. Check in was a breeze and the office staff couldn't be friendlier. They have thought of everything. The condo itself was beautiful. So much space. Very clean. Steps from a beautiful beach.

Great unit has everything you want have been staying at Sandcay for over 15 years and this is one of the best

Our family has been getting together over the Memorial Day weekend for over 25 years. We have been at Sand Cay for the last 7-8 years and have enjoyed this location over our previous one. People are friendly how are enjoying their time as we are. It’s a great family place for all ages.

The unit was very clean and comfortable.

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay for our daughter's wedding. We came across Sand Cay as it was right next door to where the wedding party was staying. We were impressed that the descriptions were dead on. The property was clean, lots of room, modern touches and so so close to the beach (my favorite part).

From check in to check out, the place was great. We had plenty of fun at the beach, pool, and in the clean room.

Unit was well equipped with both kitchen supplies/beach umbrella / tent and sand toys/cooler/ great location in the complex/ master tub didn’t drain well but I suspect that will be addressed as the staff at the complex where awesome and very responsive...I did not bring to their attention until check out ..already rebooked

Sand Cay provided a MUCH needed time of rest and relaxation for us. As for everyone, 2020 was very long and difficult for many reasons and we couldn't have picked a better place to be!!! We'll be back!!

We love Sand Cay for our family spring break vacation and have been 7+ times. Unit 106 was wonderful. Spacious rooms, very nice furnishings , with extras like chargers by the bed, and double beds in 2d bdrm. Being on first floor is the best in our opinion. We checked in on a holiday and there was a mix up with keys left out (2 families with same last name) but Richard returned my call and solved it, providing good customer service. Restaurants in the area get busy but go early or late. Or cook out at Sand Cay.

Another wonderful experience--location is very convenient and right on the water, condo is clean and well-furnished, staff is incredibly helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. We love Sand Cay!

We loved walking right out to the beach every day and not having to pack up a ton of bags and sit in traffic. The beach was very private, perfect for our little family and our 1 year old daughter. The condo was beautiful and the pool and club house were very nice. Highly recommend!

The property is so very well maintained and the staff is awesome. Our unit was exactly what you see in the pictures & very clean and well maintained. Location is great as youre just steps away from beach and the pool is also very well maintained. We will absolutely stay here again!
